This Policy sets forth our rules regarding the collection, storage, deployment, use, and cross-border processing of your personal information. YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTINUED USE OF THE COURSE PLATFORM IS STRICTLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. UDETI reserves the absolute administrative right to modify, alter, or replace this Policy at any time. Any changes will be executed by posting the updated Policy version directly inside the Course Platform dashboard and modifying the "Last updated" metric at the top of the page. Your continued programmatic usage of the Course Platform after an updated version is posted constitutes legally binding acceptance of those updated terms.
What Personal Information is Collected and How?
We only collect Personal Information about you that you share with us, that your sponsoring academic institution transmits to us, or that is gathered automatically via integrated analytical engines to manage course delivery. The data classes include:
Account and Authentication Credentials: Your first and last name, primary contact email address, specialized institutional email addresses, phone number, designated WhatsApp contact details, account passwords, and profile information provided during onboarding.
Visa Profile and Diagnostic Indicators: Specific application information submitted during your 23-question Risk Assessment, including but not limited to academic records, target U.S. institutional data, funding profiles, home country asset ties, travel history, prior visa denials, and documented English language proficiency markers.
Workbook and Interactive Inputs: Draft text blocks, narrative interview outlines, personal strategies, and custom responses keyed directly into our structured digital workbooks and AI-assisted answer refinement modules.
Platform Analytics and Operational Data: Automatically recorded system tracking metrics delivered via our LMS engine (LearnWorlds), which captures your IP address, browser type, hardware parameters, referring URLs, time-per-lesson metrics, module completion rates, quiz scores, and programmatic readiness tiers.
Community and Support Correspondence: User content, ideas, questions, text threads, or answers posted within our private community space, live chat webinar feeds, or sent directly to our official support infrastructure at support@udetivisa.com or our official WhatsApp service lines.
The Course Platform is designed exclusively for adult visitors who are 18 years old or older (or have reached the formal age of legal majority within their residential jurisdiction). If we discover we have inadvertently collected data points from an individual under 18 years of age, all associated files will be purged from our active databases.
How are Cookies Used?
“Cookies” and tracking scripts are minor data packages placed on your computing hardware or mobile device to maintain active security states, store application preferences, and analyze system performance. We apply these tracking elements to analyze Course Platform data, manage user pathways, and prevent unauthorized multi-device account distributions. We distribute cookies across four fundamental structural classifications:
Necessary Cookies: Mandatory operational scripts required to maintain core user authentication, checkout security, and platform access control.
Functional Cookies: Enhanced diagnostic tools that remember workbook entries, language selections, and personalized interface selections.
Performance Cookies: Analytical utilities that track video lesson watch history, user drop-off points, and completion velocity to help optimize student performance.
Interest Cookies: Strategic scripts utilized to understand user needs and safely deploy tailored notifications regarding upcoming educational timelines.
How is Personal Information Used?
We process your Personal Information in complete compliance with international data privacy laws under designated legal grounds, including contractual execution, legal obligation, and our legitimate commercial interests. Processing functions include:
Administering and securing your individual 90-day cohort enrollment window.
Routing your workbook text blocks through localized AI-assisted script systems to optimize your expressive clarity without modifying your underlying factual profile.
Compiling localized Risk Tier Classifications and generating verifiable Course Completion Certificates.
Furnishing real-time data visualizations to verified sponsoring institutions tracking cohort metrics.
Mitigating institutional risk by screening for deceptive data patterns, document fraud, or manufactured interview responses.
How is Personal Information Shared?
To provide an officer-informed training ecosystem, we share specific data classes internally and with external sub-processors under rigid security mandates:
Technical Platform Vendors: Data is securely shared with LearnWorlds for baseline educational asset hosting, alongside enterprise-grade API gateways that power our automated WhatsApp evaluation systems and workbook AI logic.
Sponsoring Institutional Partners:IF YOUR ACCESS CREDENTIALS OR SEAT ENROLLMENTS WERE SECURED, SUBSIDIZED, OR DIRECTLY PROVIDED BY AN ENTERPRISE SPONSORING PARTNER (WHICH INCLUDES UNIVERSITIES, PATHWAY PROGRAMS, FINTECHS, LENDERS, OR STUDY-ABROAD CONSULTANCIES), UDETI WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHARE YOUR DETAILED COURSE PROGRESS, LESSON COMPLETION LOGS, DIAGNOSTIC RISK TIERS, AND VISUALIZED READINESS SCORES WITH THAT SPONSORING PARTNER VIA THEIR DEDICATED MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD.
Legal Compulsion: We do not reveal, sell, or rent personal data files to state entities or external law enforcement bodies unless served with a binding federal search warrant, court order, or clear legal mandate.
How is Personal Information Stored and For How Long?
We protect your data files utilizing commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical network encryption safeguards. Your active account profile, risk score assessments, and workbook progress logs are saved for the formal duration of your 90-day active enrollment window, and may be preserved for up to one year following your cohort window closure to maintain reporting continuity for enterprise institutional sponsors or support subsequent re-application modules. Aggregated, fully anonymized visa diagnostic datasets that contain zero individual tracking attributes may be stored indefinitely for long-term analytical tracking.
What Rights Do You Have With Your Personal Information?
Subject to regional mandates and geographical frameworks, your personal privacy rights include:
