Welcome to the F-1 Visa Insider Course Platform (the “Course Platform”). This educational asset is owned, maintained, and operated by Udeti LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“UDETI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). To purchase enrollment, access our specialized 10-module curriculum, or leverage our enterprise toolsets, you (“User,” “Student,” “Client,” or “you”) must generate a verified unique Account, settle all transactional fees (or be assigned an active access seat by an authorized institutional partner), and check the mandatory acknowledgement button affirming your compliance with these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our integrated Course Privacy Policy. CHECKING THE COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CONSTITUTES THE CREATION OF A BINDING, ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT SYSTEM BETWEEN YOU AND UDETI LLC.
THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE MANDATORY USE OF BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY REQUIRING VENUE SELECTION WITHIN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. CASE CONSOLIDATIONS, GROUP DISPUTES, AND CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. YOU MAY NOT ORDER SERVICES, ACCESS MODULES, OR USE ANY UTILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COURSE PLATFORM UNLESS YOU: (A) ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY; (B) ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR HAVE ATTAINED THE FORMAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR RESIDENTIAL JURISDICTION; AND (C) ARE NOT LEGALLY BARRED FROM ACCESSING U.S. EDUCATIONAL PREPARATION UTILITIES BY ANY APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL, OR INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY MANDATE.
1. Capitalized Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Account” means the unique authenticated digital profile and security credentials generated for an individual user to access the Course Platform.
“Course Platform” means the formal 10-module F-1 Visa Insider digital video training system, comprising 40+ structured instructional lessons, analytical dashboards, interactive AI workbook prompts, live monthly webinars, community boards, and associated course assets hosted via LearnWorlds.
“User Content” means any text, draft interview responses, statements, or commentary uploaded, processed, or typed into the platform by a User.
“Risk Assessment” means the 23-variable consular officer logic model applied to evaluate individual profile variables and classify an applicant into distinct preparedness tiers.
“Sponsoring Partner” means an accredited university, institutional international office, student service program, fintech company, or student lender utilizing our enterprise seat architecture to deploy logins to a student cohort.
2. Account Security, Access Windows, and Anti-Piracy Protections
Registration Integrity: You must supply completely true, accurate, and current factual profiles when generating an Account. You are completely responsible for all network actions, choices, or input transmissions that occur under your assigned login details.
Anti-Piracy Security and Usage Thresholds:PAID RETAIL ENROLLMENT GRANTS A STRICT, NON-TRANSFERABLE LICENSE TO A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT FOR A FINITE WINDOW OF NINETY (90) CONSECUTIVE CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE TIMESTAMP OF INITIAL TRANSACTION VERIFICATION. Multi-device credentials sharing, group-purchasing, copying materials, or unauthorized account access distribution across public web forums is strictly illegal. Discovery of systemic credential sharing will result in the immediate termination of Account access without notice, recourse, or liability for refunds.
3. Comprehensive Guarantee and Refund Framework
UDETI operates under three strict legal parameters governing transactional guarantees. All guarantee demands must be formally submitted in writing to support@udetivisa.com and are audited under the following rules:
Guarantee #1: 7-Day Unconditional Refund Policy: If you determine the Course Platform is not a strategic fit for your educational needs, you must submit an explicit email refund request to support@udetivisa.com within exactly seven (7) calendar days (168 hours) of your initial digital purchase timestamp. Upon verifiable programmatic review, a 100% refund will be returned to your payment account. Once this 7-day administrative window expires, retail student fees are completely non-refundable.
Guarantee #2: Former Officer Accuracy Guarantee: UDETI designs its modules based on real consular adjudications. If you discover any explicit training guidance within our active curriculum that directly contradicts current official USCIS or U.S. Department of State visa policy, you must submit a written flag identifying the lesson timestamp to support@udetivisa.com. Upon verification of the policy variance by our core legal team, UDETI will issue a 100% course refund and immediately update the platform asset.
Guarantee #3: Action-Based Workbook Value Guarantee: If you fall outside the standard 7-day unconditional window and claim you did not secure value from the platform, you may apply for an action-based refund under strict conditions. TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST MATRICULATE THROUGH 100% OF THE VIDEO TIMELINES AND FORMALLY SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED GUIDED WORKBOOKS AND INTERVIEW SHEET EXERCISES TO OUR SUPPORT ACCOUNT WITHIN A STRICT 48-HOUR CONDITIONAL REVIEW WINDOW FROM THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL GRIEVANCE. Availability and Attendance Disclaimers:UDETI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A LIVE WEBINAR WILL BE CALENDARED OR AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE TIMEFRAME OF YOUR COHORT ENROLLMENT AND YOUR ACTUAL SCHEDULED VISA INTERVIEW WINDOW. It is your sole responsibility to manage your preparation timeline inside your 90-day access window. The inability to catch a live webinar due to immediate consular interview scheduling does not constitute a breach of contract and does not afford grounds for a cancellation or transactional chargeback. All live events are archived and distributed via our demand library.
5. Peer Community Engagement Boundaries
The interactive community board is established purely as a collaborative environment to promote peer learning, workflow sharing, and general administrative updates. FORMER U.S. CONSULAR OFFICERS, ATTORNEYS, AND DSOS RETAIN ZERO OBLIGATION TO REVIEW, EVALUATE, VET, OR INDIVIDUALLY ANSWER PERSONAL IMMIGRATION CASE DISPUTES INSIDE COMMUNITY DISCUSSION THREADS. 6. Course Completion Certificate Disclosure
Upon finishing our video path and scoring modules, you may receive a formal Document of Completion. COMPLETION OF THE COURSE PLATFORM CURRICULUM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE, ESTABLISH, OR CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, A FORMAL IMMIGRATION REPRESENTATION CONTRACT, OR A PROTECTED RELATIONSHIP WITH UDETI LLC OR ANY OF ITS INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTORS.
7. Intellectual Property Restrictions and Prohibitions on Capture
All text assets, structural designs, video clips, former consular officer logical rubrics, logos, AI workbook instructions, and digital handouts deployed across the Course Platform are the exclusive copyrighted property of UDETI. YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM UTILIZING SCREEN-CAPTURE UTILITIES, SOFTWARE RIPPERS, AUDIO RECORDER SYSTEMS, OR DIGITAL COPYING ENGINES TO SAVE, BROADCAST, OR DISTRIBUTE OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSETS. Violation of this restriction terminates your license and subjects you to international copyright litigation.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF UDETI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, ADVISORS, AND LICENSORS FOR ANY DIRECT CLAIMS, DAMAGE CONFLICTS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION BROUGHT UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE ABSOLUTELY LIMITED TO THE EXACT MONETARY AMOUNT EXECUTED BY YOU TO UDETI LLC FOR PLATFORM ACCESS (E.G., THE $75 USD RETAIL FOUNDING STUDENT PRICE OR APPLICABLE STANDARD COHORT FEE), OR $100 USD IF ACCESS WAS SPONSORED VIA AN INSTITUTIONAL PARTNER. UDETI retains zero liability for consequential, collateral, or indirect losses, including canceled flight fees, university enrollment deposits, visa document updates, or domestic resettlement expenditures due to application denials.
9. Legal Disclaimers and No-Outcome Warranties
NO VISA OUTCOME GUARANTEES:UDETI MAKES NO ASSURANCES, EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES CONCERNING THE SUCCESSFUL APPROVAL OF YOUR F-1 NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION. UNDER UNITED STATES INA JURISPRUDENCE, THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE OR DENY A VISA LIES SOLELY WITH THE ADJUDICATING U.S. CONSULAR OFFICER ASSIGNED TO YOUR EMBASSY WINDOW. NO EDUCATIONAL ECOSYSTEM, SERVICE MENTOR, OR FORMER GOVERNMENT AGENT CAN ASSURE VISA ISSUANCE.
NOT FORMAL IMMIGRATION COUNSEL: The informational structures provided across this Course Platform are structured as generalized cross-border instructional models. They do not constitute formal case representation, legal advice, or structured attorney briefs.
10. Governing Law, Venue Selection, and Mandatory Arbitration
These Terms and all operational interactions linked to the Course Platform shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive corporate laws of the State of Illinois, ignoring all conflict of law frameworks.
YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO LITIGATE LEGAL RECOURSE MANDATES BEFORE A COURT OF LAW OR JURY, AND AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. DISPUTE CONSOLIDATIONS AND CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS ARE WAIVED. Any unresolved controversy connected to these terms shall be settled via final, binding arbitration managed by ADR Systems, argued before a single neutral arbitrator. The mandatory seat and venue of all arbitration filings shall be located within DuPage County, Illinois, handled in the English language. The arbitrator's final written determination shall bind both entities, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney expenditures and arbitration administrative tracking fees.
